1. Shipping Options & Rates

  • We offer  for both domestic and international orders.
  • Shipping costs vary depending on your location and selected shipping option. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation (for COD orders, confirmation is based on order receipt).
  • During peak times, processing may take a bit longer. You will be notified of any significant delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Availability: COD is available for select locations. Please enter your address at checkout to verify if COD is available for your area.
  • Confirmation: COD orders may require additional verification. We will contact you via phone or email to confirm your COD order before shipping.
  • Payment: For COD orders, payment is collected upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery is 7 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Estimated delivery is -21 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery times may vary due to factors like location, weather conditions, and customs processing for international orders.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • For COD orders, tracking may only be available once the order is out for delivery.

6. Failed Delivery & Reattempts

  • COD Orders: If a COD order delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability or payment refusal, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule. Multiple failed attempts may result in order cancellation.
  • Other Orders: For non-COD orders, the carrier may leave instructions for re-delivery or collection.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Certain items or destinations may have shipping restrictions. You will be notified at checkout if an item cannot be shipped to your location.
