Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Certain items, such as intimate apparel or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.
2. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team via email or log in to your account to request a return.
- Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for shipping your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds
- Processing Time: Approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method (COD)
- Cash on Delivery Refunds: For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds will be issued as cash on delivery when initiating the return.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free replacement or refund for eligible items.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, final sale items, and certain personal items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
